THIS NURSE WENT TO TAPED UVC [UMBILICAL VENOUS CATHETER] TO INFANT'S ABDOMEN AND NOTICED THE UVC WAS NOT INTACT/APPEARS CRACKED. FLUIDS WERE NOT INFUSING YET, NO BLOOD/FLUID WAS COMING OUT OF CRACK.
