Description of Event or Problem

THE BUDDY LITE WAS BROKEN WHEN WE WENT TO USE IT. THE METAL HEATING PLATE WAS DISLODGED FROM THE CASE. THIS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO LATCH THE CASE CLOSED.
