NO PRODUCT OR DATA WAS PROVIDED FOR EVALUATION. THE ALLEGATION AND A PROBABLE CAUSE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. NO INJURY OR MEDICAL INTERVENTION WAS REPORTED.
