IT WAS REPORTED THAT THIS IMPLANTABLE CARDIOVERTER DEFIBRILLATOR (ICD) PRODUCED NO TONES BY A MAGNET CHECK. BOSTON SCIENTIFIC TECHNICAL SERVICES REFERRED TO THE CLINIC. AS OF THIS TIME, THIS ICD REMAINS IN SERVICE. NO ADDITIONAL ADVERSE PATIENT EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
