THE GRADUATE LOCATED WITHIN THE HALYARD CUSTOM NEURO ACD PACK HAD A DEAD GNATS IN BOTH GRADUATES. THE ISSUE WAS DISCOVERED PRIOR TO REACHING THE PATIENT.
