Description of Event or Problem
CONSUMER ALLEGES THEIR HEATING PAD CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE USING IN BED AND CAUSED PROPERTY DAMAGES TO THEIR MATTRESS AND BEDDING. THERE WAS NOT A REPORT OF PERSONAL INJURY WITH THIS INCIDENT.
