AIR WAS ENTERING AT VALVE DEVICE AND FAT GRAFT WAS NOT FLOWING THROUGH IT PROPERLY. A 5ML SYRINGE WAS SUCCESSFULLY USED AS A SUBSTITUTE, AND DEVICE WAS SUBMITTED ALONG WITH DEVICE/PRODUCT COMPLAINT REPORT SHEET.
