Description of Event or Problem

EPIDURAL CATHETER PLACED BUT WERE UNABLE TO GET ANYTHING TO FLOW THROUGH THE CATHETER. ANESTHESIOLOGIST HAD TO PLACE A SECOND CATHETER AND SECOND CATHETER WAS ABLE TO BE BOLUSED.
