PATIENT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A PIECE OF TOOTH IN HER MOUTH. UNIVERSAL BITEBLOCK WAS USED FOR INTUBATION. PIECE OF TOOTH CAME FROM AND POINTS TO LEFT UPPER INCISOR WHICH IS PART OF A PERMANENT BRIDGE.
