Description of Event or Problem
STAFF MEMBER WAS MOVING A HEAT LAMP WHILE TREATING A PATIENT. WHILE MOVING THE LAMP, THE LIGHT FELL OFF AND THE LAMP STAND SPRUNG UP AND STRUCK HER IN THE MOUTH.
