Description of Event or Problem

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE FOOD LODGED IN ESOPHAGUS WITH THE RAPTOR GRASPING DEVICE, THE WIRE CONNECTING THE GRASP BROKE. FOOD BOLUS WAS EVENTUALLY DISLODGED WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT.
