RAPTOR FORCEPS PUT INTO PATIENT THROUGH AIRWAY TO MOVE A STENT. DEVICE WOULD NOT OPEN AT THE JAW. ITEM TRIED TO OPEN OUTSIDE OF PATIENT AND STILL DID NOT WORK.
