Description of Event or Problem
A CONSUMER REPORTED THAT THE NOZZLE OF THE PHILIPS AIRFLOSS PRO ULTRA BROKE INTO PIECES DURING USE. NO INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WAS REPORTED. A POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARD WAS IDENTIFIED.
