Description of Event or Problem
A CONSUMER REPORTED THAT A PHILIPS AIRFLOSS NOZZLE BROKE INTO PIECES DURING USE. NO INJURY WAS REPORTED. A POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARD WAS IDENTIFIED.
