Description of Event or Problem
AN ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IS FILING A LETTER NOTICE ALLEGING THAT A HEATING PAD WAS THE CAUSE OF A FIRE THAT BURNED ITS CLIENT'S BODY. THERE WAS NOT A REPORT OF PROPERTY DAMAGE WITH THIS INCIDENT.
