REPORT OF ALLEGED "PT INJURED WHILE USING A CROW RIVER LIFT." USER WAS TRYING TO UNFOLD THE PLATFORM OF THE LIFT, WHEN IT ALLEGEDLY DEPLOYED RAPIDLY & STRUCK HER IN THE HEAD. USER RECEIVED FIVE STITCHES.
