A CUSTOMER FROM INDIA REPORTED THAT THE OPMI WITH XY CAME LOOSE FROM THE SUSPENSION ARM WHEN CUSTOMER MOVED THE MICROSCOPE. NO PATIENT WAS INVOLVED AND NO ONE WAS INJURED.
