Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTER TO GE THAT THE TECHNOLOGIST PULLED THE CASSETTE TRAY ALL THE WAY OUT ALLOWING IT TO FALL AND STRIKE HIS FOTT. APPARENTLY, THIS CAUSED A FRACTURE OF THE TOE.
