INCORRECT DEVICE KIT WAS USED BECAUSE THE TWO KITS (AV-100HV AND AV-100H) LOOK ALMOST IDENTICAL AND A VERY SIMILAR PRODUCT CODE. USED AV-100HV ON A VENTED PATIENT.
