CUSTOMER STATED THERE WAS A FIRE DUE TO A WATERPIK. ALLSTATE HAS NOT CONTACTED HER BACK, BUT PROVIDED A CLAIM NUMBER. COULDN'T GRAB MODEL BECAUSE UNIT IS COMPLETELY MELTED INTO THE COUNTER.
