Description of Event or Problem
BLOOD GAS ANALYZER MALFUNCTION. MACHINE WOULD NOT CALIBRATE. THE SVC REP FOR THE CO DETERMINED THAT THE 12% 02 CALIBRATION GAS WAS BAD. PT WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER HEALTHCARE FACILITY.
