POST-SURGERY THE CT00.D01 - VITREQ, CRYO TREQ PROBE BX/3 DEVICE CAME APART AND THE DR. WAS HIT BY A PLASTIC PART IN THE ARM. NE MEDICAL INTERVENTION WAS REQUIRED.
