POST SURGERY THE CT00.D01 - VITREQ, CRYO TREQ PROBE BX/3 DEVICE WAS DISCARDED IN THE TRASH CAN WITHOUT THE GAS FROM THE DEVICE BEING RELEASED, THE DEVICE " CAME APART" IN THE TRASH CAN.
