END USER WAS AT A TRUCK STOP GETTING COFFEE WHEN HE STARTED TO WALK WITH THE QUAD CANE AND IT SNAPPED IN TWO UNDER THE CURVE OF THE HANDLE. THERE WAS NO FALL OR INJURY.
