CAERS PHONE LINE USED SMILE DIRECT CLUB AND HAD A SEVERE ADRENALINE RUSH, INCREASED HEART RATE AND COULD NOT SLEEP. I ALSO HAD PAINFUL SINUSES AND A HEADACHE. REASON FOR USE: TO WHITEN TEETH.
