WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF PLACING UMBILICAL CORD CLAMP, THE MOTHER CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE TO RECLAMP THE CORD. THE CLAMP WAS NO LONGER ON THE UMBILICAL CORD. MOTHER HELD PRESSURE W/ FINGERS UNTIL NURSING ARRIVED IN ROOM.
