SENSOR DELIVERED WITHOUT ISSUE. SENSOR WAS UNABLE TO BE RELEASE FROM THE DELIVERY SYSTEM. SENSOR WAS REMOVED FROM THE PATIENT WITH SOME BLOOD LOSS. NO ADDITIONAL SENSOR WAS PLACED.
