Description of Event or Problem
THE OR SOLUTIONS INC. ECOLAB ORS-2038D SOLUTION WARMER WAS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. IT WAS SET ON A VERY LOW TEMPERATURE, BUT STILL MANAGE TO MELT THE PLASTIC DRAPES AND BURN THROUGH THEM.
