STAFF OBTAINED A CHEST TUBE AND UPON OPENING DISCOVERED THAT THE TUBE APPEARED TO HAVE PLASTIC PARTICLES INSIDE THE TUBE. THE TUBE WAS NOT USED AND PLACED ASIDE. FDA SAFETY REPORT ID # (B)(4).
