EMPLOYEE IN THE WOUND CARE WAS OBTAINING A GLOVE OUT A BOX. A HOLE WAS FOUND IN THE THUMB OF GLOVE WHEN REMOVED. FOURTH EVENT OF THIS SAME NATURE ON SAME PRODUCT SENT TO MEDSUN.
