RN REPORTED THAT AS SHE WAS PLACING A BYD N95 FACE MASK, THE STRAP ON ONE SIDE DISCONNECTED FROM THE MASK AND STRUCK HER LEFT EYE CAUSING A CORNEAL ABRASION INJURY.
