Description of Event or Problem
IN THE MIDDLE OF USING THE MICROSCOPE FOR THE SURGERY IT MADE A NOISE AND STOPPED WORKING. WE WERE ABLE TO PUT IT OUT OF SERVICE AND REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER MICROSCOPE.
