IT WAS REPORTED THE "CLICK" PART EASILY DETACHED FROM THE PATCH ON THREE DEVICES. IT WAS STATED THIS OCCURRED PRIOR TO USE ON PATIENTS. THIS REPORT ADDRESSES THE FIRST DEVICE.
