Description of Event or Problem
NO MEMBRANE IN PENDANT. NURSE GOT A NEW OXYMIZER FROM SAME SUPPLY THAT WAS SAFE AND ABLE TO BE USED. THIS WAS A NEAR MISS-DID NOT REACH THE PATIENT.
