Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE STATLOCK WAS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE SINCE THE ADHESIVE ADHERED TOO WELL. IT WAS REMOVED PER MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND IT RESULTED IN REDNESS ON THE PATIENT'S SKIN. NO OTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
