Description of Event or Problem
PATIENT CONTACTED MIRADRY CONCERNING AN OPEN WOUND IN THE AXILLA TWO WEEKS POST SECOND TREATMENT. THE PATIENT SUBSEQUENTLY WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AN INFECTED THIRD DEGREE BURN AT A HOSPITAL.
