Description of Event or Problem
IT WAS REPORTED THAT THERE WAS A SPARK FROM THE SLUSH UNIT DURING A CASE IN THE (B)(6) OPERATING ROOM. THERE ARE NO KNOWN ADVERSE EFFECTS TO THE PATIENT.
