INFORMATION WAS RECEIVED INDICATING THAT WHEN USING THE CADD CASSETTE RESERVOIRS - FLOW STOP THE CUSTOMER NOTICED IT BROKE AND THE MEDICAL FLUID LEAKED FROM IT. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE EVENTS REPORTED.
