Description of Event or Problem
DURING A LAPAROSCOPIC PROCEDURE, THE SPRING STYLET ON THE PNEUMONEEDLE FAILED TO RETURN TO ITS PROPER POSITION, THEREFORE EXPOSING THE NEEDLE END. THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL IN PROGRESS.
