INFORMATION WAS RECEIVED INDICATING THAT A SMITHS MEDICAL PORTEX MANOMETER WAS REPORTED TO BE KINKING OFF AND GIVING THE WRONG PRESSURE READING. THERE WERE NO REPORTED ADVERSE EFFECTS.
